A leaf from from the Horae Beatissimae Virginis Marie printed in Venice by Lucantonio Giunta.

Verso:  Text printed on paper firstly in black and then red, woodcuts printed in black.  Heading in red: Officium.   Three woodcuts illustrating parables from the Bible including a horned Moses on Mount Sinai accepting the tablets of the Ten Commandments from God.  Woodcut borders include grotesque birds, putti and foliate designs. 

Recto: As Verso with another three woodcut illustrations of parables including Elijah and the Chariot of Fire and different woodcut borders.  Heading in red mortuorum. Paginated 155.
