An original leaf from a printed Missal (Missale Romanum) dated 1626

Recto: 14 lines of text in Latin printed in 2 columns on laid rag paper. Printed in red and black inks. One 5-line woodcut initial of St. Hubert, robed and carrying a laige saw, with a church or cathedral in the background. Hubert was the Bishop of Liège, France. See detail below

Verso: As Recto, but with text only.

Condition: This leaf is in excellent condition with good margins all round. There is minor edge browning and marginal soiling from use. The leaf is unconditionally guaranteed genuine.
