Recto: 8 lines of music and text in Latin printed on laid & watermarked rag paper in black ink. The music is printed on four-line staves in square and diamond shaped neumes.

Verso: As Recto, but with nine lines of music & text..

Content The leaf contains a section of the hymn Martyr Dei ”Martyr Dei, qui unicum Patris sequendo Filium victis triumphas hostibus, Victor fruens caelestibus...” ( Martyr of God, whose strength was steeled, to follow close God's only Son, well didst thou brave thy battlefield, and well thy heavenly bliss was won!)

Condition: This leaf is in excellent condition with good margins all round. There is very minor edge browning and marginal soiling from use. The leaf is unconditionally guaranteed genuine.

Size of printed area: 225x145 mm. Presented in a museum quality mat, with backing, ready to frame. Certificate of Authenticity..
