Recto: Four lines of music written on laid paper in very precise neumes on red-ruled four-line staves.    The accompanying text is written in Latin in a roman bookhand.

Date: c.1600


Content:   The text is from Psalm 101 (KJV102).  [Quia defece]runt sicut fumus dies mei, et ossa mea sicut in fixorio confrixa sunt.  (For my days are consumed by smoke and my bones are burned as an hearth.)


Condition:  This leaf is in very good/excellent condition.  It is unconditionally guaranteed genuine.


Notes:  A Processional was a tiny individual book used by the clergy and choristers to chant or sing from as they walked in procession into the church at the beginning of a service.
